Are the fragrances authentic?

Yes, every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic. We purchase full-sized bottles directly from authorized retailers and manufacturers, then carefully decant them into smaller travel-sized atomizers.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used fragrance vials. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.

What are the different sizes available?

We offer a variety of sizes to suit your needs, ranging from 0.75ml sample vials to 5ml and 8ml travel sprays, as well as full-sized retail bottles for select fragrances.

How should I store my perfume samples?

To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your vials in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations.
